Please fill out my booking form with all required information. Inquiries that are professional & personal give a lasting impression.

For screening purposes, you will be prompted to provide at least two of the following along with a Booking Deposit:

Provider Reference

The email & website/ad for a provider you've seen within the last 6 months.

Identity Verification

A separate email with a picture of your government ID with your name, birthday, & picture visible.

Employment Verification

I accept endorsed Linked In profiles. Send me a link to your profile, & to verify you will receive a message from me (which you will reply to).

Booking Deposit

I ask for a 20% deposit on all bookings made with me. Deposits are only refundable if I must cancel on you. Deposits can be made via Paypal, Cashapp,  Zelle, or Apple Pay.

Mutual safety & discretion are vital to our experience therefore I do not meet anyone anonymously. That being said, the information you share with me is kept confidential and deleted after verification. 

If you cannot trust me with your personal info, I cannot trust you with my personal safety.
